Where are you located?

We’re located on the Westport/Norwalk border at 27 Lois Street in Norwalk, CT. Parking is available on-site.

What services do you offer?

KNY Wellness offers therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal) and customized facials using Green Envee’s results-driven, clean, vegan, and cruelty-free products.

How do I book a session?

Appointments can be scheduled by phone. Text is best.

Are tips expected?

Tips are not expected, your support truly means the world to me. If you enjoyed your service, I’d love for you to put that energy (and what you might normally spend on a tip) toward rebooking your next treatment, sending referrals, leaving a google review, and/or promising to wear your SPF everyday.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All facial products at KNY Wellness are vegan and cruelty-free.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

KNY Wellness accepts cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Credit and debit card payments are also accepted through a Square reader.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Before your first session, you’ll complete a short intake form so your treatment can be tailored to your needs. I’ll take time to discuss your goals and answer any questions before we begin.

Do I need to arrive early?

Please plan to arrive about 5–10 minutes before your appointment to get settled. First-time clients will also fill out a short intake form. When you come in, you’ll find a small waiting area upstairs to the right. I’ll greet you there when I’m ready for your session.

What if I’ve never had a facial/massage before?

That’s perfectly fine! I’ll walk you through the process and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.

What should I wear?

 For massage, undress to your comfort level. Some clients prefer to leave underwear on, others remove it. Either is fine. Proper draping will always be used for your privacy. For facials, clothing from the waist up will be removed so I can work comfortably around your face, neck, and décolleté. A robe will be provided for your comfort, and you’ll be draped with blankets during your treatment.
